Sonoff S20 is a WiFi enabled smart outlet with EU/US/UK/CN-AU standard that convert any plug into a WiFi smart plug. You can turn on/off any connected device either by eWeLink smart phone app or by pressing the manual button of the WiFi socket. The device is not operating although I have connected the wired as mentioned in the manual.
damaged / faulty unit received. It is the first purchase but got disappointed. Even the return procedure is a hassle / time taking. Th new unit should be sent as soon the fault reported but instead a lengthy process was communicated to sent the unit back first and then replacement will be provided.
I really love your product as i experience before, on the other hand your customer relationship is also good but your service regarding TCS is very bad. because as i ordered this item 4-5 day before but i still not received.
Did not work. The bulb is recognised but registration does not complete after finding ID. Tested on 3 different routers including zong device. I even changed dns. disappointed
