Sonoff Basic is a WiFi enabled smart switch that provides smart home control in an affordable way. It can be connect to a wide range of appliances to switch them remotely. Just install eWeLink app in your smart phone and power up your Sonoff Basic WiFi electrical switch, follow a couple of instructions and turn a Light / Fan / TV and lot more device ON/OFF just tapping on your smart phone screen. It is just a first level, What’s about talking to your home appliances? Yes, Sonoff Basic turns any of your device into a voice controlled smart device because it is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant etc.
Sonoff basic also supports scheduled / countdown / loop timers. You may schedule a light to turn itself automatically ON / OFF as desired.
What’s new with Sonoff Basic R3
it has a DIY mode that is the firmware can be user-defined. Built-in a web server that exposes the REST API, which allows you to connect the switch with your existing home automation system. Compatible with Vera, Fibaro, HomeSeer, Savant, HomeKit, etc. For the protocol document and the code for the DIY Mode tool (updating), please go to Github on https://github.com/itead/Sonoff_Devices_DIY_Tools. Simply set a timer to let your devices switch on/off automatically at a pre-set time through a day. For example, prepare your coffee maker in the evening, and a cup of coffee is ready for you in the next morning.
Compatible with the IFTTT function, and you can make more actions happen to trigger other devices, or receive a notification on your phone once the action was triggered.
Along with support for smart scenes, just set a device to turn on/off to make another or a boatload of devices turn on/off. The LAN control is designed for situations which no available Wi-Fi connection, or an unsteady Wi-Fi network environment. A convenient option that is share control is capable of allowing you to manage the same device with your family or friends together, simply share it on the eWeLink app to try. Amazingly, the module with unique DIY function, the way you can assemble it with your ordinary appliances to turn them into intelligent.

شپنگ (Shipping) پالیسی
• عام طور پر TCS Express Overnight سروس سے بھجے جانے والے تمام آرڈرز پر250 .Rs بطور شپنگ اینڈ ہینڈلنگ (Shipping & Handling) فیس چارج کےَ جاتے ہیں۔
• ایسے تمام آرڈرز جن کی مالیت 10,000 .Rs یا اس سے زیادہ ہو، ان کو فری شپ (Free Ship) کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ تاہم ایسی پروڈکٹس جن کی مالیت 10,000 .Rs فی کس یا اس سے زیادہ ہو، ان کےلےَ فری شپنگ (Free Shipping) پالیسی موئژ نہیں۔
• تمام آرڈرز حفاظتی شیٹ (Air Bubble Sheet) میں لپیٹ (Wrap) کرکارڈ بورڈ باکس (Box) میں بھیجے جاتے ہیں۔ اس مقصد کےلیےَ TCS کی By-Hand Handling Service اپنائی جاتی ہے تاکہ پروڈکٹس آپ تک بحفاظت پہنچ سکیں۔ ٹمپرنگ (Tampering) سے بچنے کیلےَ باکس کو Flyers میں پیک کیا جاتا ہے۔

وارنٹی (Warranty) / ریٹرن (Return) پالیسی
تقریبا تمام پراڈکٹس بھیجنے سے پہلے انفرادی طور پر چیک کی جاتی ہیں۔ کراس چیک سسٹم کی بدولت صرف مکمل طور پر فعال (Working) پراڈکٹس، درست تعداد میں، حقیقی کسٹمر کے لیئے انتہائی محفوظ طریقہ کار کے تحت پیک کر کے بھیجی جاتی ہیں۔ تمام پراڈکٹس ایمورٹڈ / اوریجنل ہوتی ہیں جن کی کوئی وارنٹی دستیاب نہیں۔ مزید برآں مندرجہ ذیل وجوہات کی صورت میں محدود وارنٹی سپورٹ مہیا کی جاتی ہے۔
مینوفیکچرنگ فالٹ (Dead on arrival)
ڈیلیوری کے 24 گھنٹے کے اندر مینوفیکچرنگ فالٹ (Manufacturing Fault) کی صورت میں کلیم درج کرانے کی صورت میں ہمارے سپورٹ انجینیئرزکی تصدیق کے بعد متبادل (Replacement) / رقم کی واپسی (Refund) کی صورت میں کلیم مہیا کیا جاتا ہے۔ تاہم، خراب پراڈکٹ کا واپس بھیجنا لازمی ہے۔
نامکمل آرڈر (Missing / Wrong Items)
آرڈر میں پراڈکٹس کی تعداد میں کمی (Missing Items) / غلط پراڈکٹ (Wrong Item) موصول ہونے کی صورت میں بغیر کسی اضافی چارجز کے درست پراڈکٹ کو دوبارہ بھیجا جاتا ہے، بشرطیکہ کسٹمر ڈیلیوری کے 24 گھنٹے کے اندر اپنا کلیم درج کرائے۔

ہماری ویب سائٹ کر کوئی بھی پراڈکٹ خریدنے کا طریقہ کار 5 مختلف مراحل پر مشتمل ہوتاہے۔
پراڈکٹس کا انتخاب
• جو پروڈکٹس خریدنا چاہتے ہیں ان کو سرچ باکس (Search Box) استعمال کرتے ہوئے تلاش کریں۔
• آپ مختلف کیٹیگریز(Categories) یا شاپ (Shop) پیج پر بھی اپنا مطلقہ آئیٹم ڈھونڈ سکتے ہیں۔
• آپ جو پراڈکٹ خریدنا چا ہتے ہیں اس کی دستیابی کی صورت میں BUY NOW پر کلک کریں۔ پراڈکٹ آپ کے کارٹ (CART) میں جمع ہو جائے گی۔
• کسی بھی پراڈکٹ کی غیر دستیابی کی صورت میں اس پر OUT OF STOCK لکھا ہوا نظر آئے گا۔ آپ دوبارہ دستیابی کا الرٹ پروڈکٹ پیج وزٹ کر کے دیے گئے باکس میں اپنا ای میل ایڈریس ڈال کرSUBSCRIBE پر کلک کر کے حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
• اوپر دیے گئے طریقہ کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے آپ تمام پسندیدہ پروڈکٹس کارٹ (CART) میں جمع کر سکتے ہیں۔
کارٹ (CART) کا جائزہ
• اب آپ پیج کے سب سے اوپر دائیں جانب دیے گئے کارٹ (Cart) بٹن پر کلک کریں اور کارٹ (CART) میں جمع شدہ تمام پراڈکٹس کا جائزہ لیں۔
• کسی بھی پراڈکٹ کی تعداد تبدیل کرنے کےلئے پراڈکٹ ک سامنے دیے گئے Quantity باکس میں تعداد درج کریں اور آپ کا CART خودبخود اپ ڈیٹ ہو جائے گا۔
• کسی بھی پراڈکٹ کو کارٹ سے حذف (Delete) کرنے کےلیےَ پراڈکٹ کے بائیں دیے گیےَ کراس (X) پر کلک کریں۔
• اگر آپ کے پاس کوئی کوپن (Coupon) کوڈ ہے تو اس کو دیے گئے باکس میں درج کریں اور Apply coupon پر کلک کریں۔
• اپنے کارٹ (CART) سے مکمل مطمئن ہونے کے بعد PROCEED TO CHECKOUT پر کلک کریں۔
چیک آئوٹ (CHECKOUT) / آرڈر کا مکمل کرنا
• آپ کا آرڈر ابھی تک مکمل نہیں ہوا۔ CHECKOUT پیج پر بائیں جانب دیے گئے تمام خانے بھریں، جیساکہ نام، مکمل پتہ، شہر، صوبہ، موبائل نمبراور ای میل وغیرہ۔
• اگر آرڈر یا ڈیلیوری کے متعلق کوئی نوٹ دینا چاھتے ہیں تو اسے Order Notes کے خانے میں درج کریں۔
• Checkout پیج کی دائیں جانب نیچے رقم جمع کرانے کے موزوں طریقہ کار کا انتخاب کریں۔
• کیش آن ڈیلیوری (Cash on Delivery – COD) پیمنٹ موڈ کا انتخاب کرنے کی صورت میں شپنگ فیس 250 روپے ایڈوانس جمع کرانا ہو گی۔ بینک ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں 2 فیصد تک ڈسکائونٹ دیا جاتا ہے۔
•آخری مرحلہ میں آپ کو ہماری شرائط وضوابط کا مطالعہ کرنا ہو گا۔ اگر آپ ہماری تمام شرائط وضوابط سے مطفق ہیں توCheck Box پر ٹک کریں اور PLACE ORDER پر کلک کریں۔
• آپ نے اپنا آرڈر مکمل کر لیا ہے۔ آپ کو ہمارے سسٹم کی طرف سے تصدیقی ای میل اور ایس ایم ایس بھی بھج دی جاتی ہیں۔
آرڈر کی تصدیق (ORDER CONFIRMATION) / ادائیگی رقم (PAYMENT)
• ہمارا سٹاف آپکے آرڈر کو چیک کر سب معلومات کی تسلی کے بعد آپکا آرڈر کنفرم کرے گا، جس میں 2-12 گھنٹے کا وقت درکار ہے۔ آرڈر کنفرم کرنے کے بعد مزید تفصیلات جیسا کہ پیمنٹ جمع کرانے کا طریقہ کار وغیرہ ای میل اور ایس ایم ایس کی جاتی ہیں۔
• پیمنٹ کی معلومات موصول ہونے کے بعد رقم جمع کرائیں جو کہ کیش آن ڈیلیوری (CASH ON DELIVERY) کی صورت میں 250 روپے اور ایزی پیسہ / جاز کیش / بینک ٹرانسفر کی صورت میں مکمل رقم ہوتی ہے۔
• اپنی رقم جمع کرانے کے بعد ہمیں 03007321041 پر بزریعہ ایس ایم ایس / کال / وٹس ایپ پر اطلاع دیں، تاکہ آپا آرڈر بروقت بھیجا جا سکے۔
آرڈر شپنگ (ORDER SHIPPING)
• آپکی رقم کی تصدیق کے بعد آپکا آرڈر پیک کر کے کوریئر کے حوالے کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ ٹریکنگ کی معلومات آرڈر شپ ہونے کے بعد بزریعہ ایس ایم ایس اور ای میل ارسال کر دی جاتی ہیں۔
• ڈیلیوری کا دورانیہ عام طور پر 1-2 کاروباری آیام ہوتا ہے۔ تاہم ناگزیر حالات مثلا خراب موسم / لاک ڈائون کے باعث ڈیلیوری میں تاخیر ہو سکتی ہے۔
• کوریئر کے رابطہ کرنے پر اس سے تعاون کریں، تاکہ آپکا آرڈر آپ تک جلد از جلد پہنچایا جاسکے۔
• نارمل حالات میں 3 دن تک آرڈر موصول نہ ہونے کی صورت میں ہم سے 03007321041 پر رابطہ کریں۔

Can it paired automatically or I have to pair it manually every time the light or Wifi goes off?
Can I used it with my Home Water Pump?
No. 10A represent resistive load capacity. Water Pump is an inductive load. Use Sonoff Pow R2 or Sonoff TH-16 for this purpose.

Sonoff R2: It was really an extremely useful experience dealing with Hobbytronics PK. I ordered Sonoff R2 and after placing my requirement did receive it within 48 hours, as per deadline given by them. Sonoff is hardly around 2×4 inch. Price and function wise its upto the mark. I Just connected two of my lights with the switch and its performance on the wifi is exemplary. Highly recommends for the future purchaser. Only I noticed that we cant put off Privacy, which is the pre-requisite of Location. Sonoff was provided with the bubble wrap. Very importantly want to put on record that before and after sale advice/service provided by them cannot be ignored, as there attitude are highly professional. Wish them a happy survival in the market.
