damaged / faulty unit received. It is the first purchase but got disappointed. Even the return procedure is a hassle / time taking. Th new unit should be sent as soon the fault reported but instead a lengthy process was communicated to sent the unit back first and then replacement will be provided.
Dear Customer, We are sorry for inconvenience caused. Unit was sent to you after checking and it was fully working at that time. It seems to be damaged during transportation which is not under our control. We always pack the orders adequately using air bubble sheet and it happens very rear. As far as replacement procedure is concerned, it is also mentioned under our return policy that we ship the replacement after receiving the faulty units and also pay the return shipment cost to our customers. Your issue will be resolved on priority. Please rest assured.
